This is placeholder text. The B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology equips graduates with the scientific and engineering competencies needed to design, produce and evaluate safe, nutritious and value-added food products.

Students combine strong grounding in food chemistry, microbiology and unit operations with hands-on laboratory, pilot-plant and industrial internship experience across Uganda's agro-processing value chain.
